Cinda started Snow Entertainment to help guide, nurture and develop emerging young talent in the Entertainment Industry. As mother of a successful young actor, she understands how parents want to help their child follow their dream of being an actor, dancer and/or singer but also in a healthy and happy environment. Many of her talented actors have booked pilots, Series regular parts, Feature movies such as Shorts, numerous episodic roles (Kickin It, Austin & Ally, NCIS, Necessary Roughness etc.), and numerous National Union and non-Union commercials. She works with talent from all over the US encouraging them to build experience, training and their resume prior to going to Los Angeles.
Cinda previously worked as VP, Key Accounts/Strategic Planning for McDougal Littell and Pearson Educational Publishing Company. Her role was to identify emerging trends and market opportunities and create marketing/sales strategies and products to meet the needs of the Youth Market. Cinda applies her knowledge of the education market, sales and marketing concepts and strategies in developing the careers of young talent. Becoming a successful actor includes knowing how to treat it as a business and career.
With her Masters in Reading, she has written and developed Professional Development Resources and Training Packages for the implementation of educational resources for administrators, teachers and students. These resources are also useful in helping young, emerging talent to be successful in the development of their acting skills by being more articulate communicators, strong readers, writers and creative/critical thinkers, which ultimately will help them be successful, no matter what career path they decide to follow.
Cinda has also worked with Blue Nose Edutainment for many years. Blue Nose Edutainment promotes Literacy through partnerships with the Entertainment Industry, Sports, Educational Publishing Companies and many other interested Sponsors. This endeavor helps to motivate and educate children through creative and engaging contests in thousands of middle and high schools across the Country. The partnering of the Entertainment Industry with the Educational field helps to motivate students in their learning and retention of concepts and ideas.
